Please fill out the following form to the best of your knowledge in as much detail as possible. Failure to provide certain information will result in a delay or inability to match you with an attorney. A volunteer attorney may contact you for additional information and screening to determine if you are eligible for legal services.

We want to make sure we can contact you in a safe manner. If you need to talk privately, or are concerned about others learning about your request because of access to your voicemail or email, please let us know and provide the best time and email or phone number to reach you. Otherwise, we may contact you at any time.

By clicking “submit” you certify that information in this form is truthful to the best of your knowledge and give VetLex consent to send this information to the network of volunteers as a referral. VetLex only facilitates the connection between you and a volunteer attorney; VetLex staff will not be your lawyer, will not provide any legal advice or representation, and is not responsible for how your case is handled by any lawyer. You are not required to use the attorney to whom you are referred. It is up to you to decide whether you want to use the attorney the VetLex system locates for you.

VetLex does not have the ability to match every veteran with a pro bono attorney and may not be able to address your legal need.
